Last updated: September 2026. Buying from Marrowbank Prints means you agree to the following — written to be read, not to impress lawyers.

Orders & payment

Prints are made to order. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure provider; your order is confirmed once payment clears. Prices are in USD and include a 30-day reprint-or-refund promise.

Shipping & returns

Unframed prints ship in 2–3 working days, framed in 5–7, tracked and insured worldwide. Within 30 days of delivery, choose a reprint or a refund for any reason — return shipping is on us for damaged or faulty prints.

Artwork rights

Buying a print buys you the physical artwork for personal display, not the underlying illustration. Please don't reproduce, resell the image, or upload high-resolution copies. Commissions include the agreed print and display rights; full buyouts need a separate written agreement.

Commissions

Commission quotes are fixed and include two revision rounds at sketch stage. We don't print until you approve the final art, and rush deadlines are confirmed in writing before payment.
