Who we are, and why we draw monsters with such good manners.

Illustrator sketching character ideas in a notebook

Who we are

A small studio with big pencils

Marrowbank Prints began in 2021 around one rented desk on W57th Street: an illustrator, a secondhand press, and a purple monster nobody asked for. Four years on we're a team of six — illustrators, a printmaker and June, who answers your emails and knows every frame size by heart.

We draw kind, curious characters and print them to gallery standard, because original art shouldn't only live in museums. It should live above your sofa.

Why Marrowbank

Prints worth keeping

Fast décor fades — literally. We make the opposite: archival inks rated to a century, heavyweight paper, characters with enough heart to survive three house moves and one toddler.

  • Original art only — drawn in-house, never licensed
  • Retired designs stay retired, protecting collectors
  • Plastic-free packaging on every single order
